Wind Waker 100% Speedrun Part 1

All right this is my next project, a 100% speedrun of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. For this game, 100% means:
-All Hearts (44 Pieces, 6 Containers)
-All Items (including Hero's Charm)
-All Songs
-All Equipment Upgrades (2 Wallet, 2 Bomb, 2 Arrow)
-Hurricane Spin must be obtained
-Double Magic Meter

If/when I finish, the run should have 85-90 segments...and hopefully be 8-9 hours! This first segment is mostly cut-scenes, I then run to Grandma's House and get the Hero's Clothes.

My question still hasn't been answered so I'll just ask it again... Is the magic meter upgrade required for 100%? And if not: why not?

@CuteThing7332 Yes I knew that, I never asked how to get them just if they fall under the 100% category and that question has been answered by thiradell himself so I really don't see why you're responding to me. If I asked whether he was going to do it or not it'd be kinda weird if I didn't know where to get it myself right? Please don't bother me again because I can tell by your comment that you're pretty stupid.
