Here is a piece, with English subtitles, from Cyprus TV news (09.08.10) reporting that the remains of a family of four killed by Turkish soldiers during Turkey's invasion of the island in 1974 have been identified. The father, mother and their two handicapped children, from the occupied village of Lapithos, were buried under a lemon tree in the grounds of the home and their remains discovered and handed over to occupation authorities in 2002 by the Turkish settlers occupying the property as they were building an extension to the house.

Not only are we shocked by the bloodthirsty cowardice of Turkish soldiers; but we also wonder about the Turkish settlers in this story, who shamelessly and without, apparently, any disturbance to their consciences, reside in and enjoy the property of a family so brutally murdered.

  • Turkey needs to stop playing childish games and recognize that any hatred towards them is fully deserved. Turkey is not the victim, they are simply being retaliated against for years of barbarianism and savagery. Then they act like THEY are the good guys who are being violated by others. Greeks, Armenians, Kurds, etc. have every reason to express their anger. Turks are essentially primitive, impulsive monkeys, and should be treated as such. GAMW TO AIMA SAS KOLOTOURKOI!!

  • Turkey, Syria, Iraq, Iran, is the only nation in history which has gone miraculously gone directly from barbarism to degeneration without the usual interval of civilisation 'Our voyages are very educational... We learn about the pig shit Turkey, Syria, Iraq, Iran, before we slaughter them.'
