@prana371 yeah you have a point i retract my previous comment and sorry for any unintended disrespect i just was noting that the whole floor wasnt a pit and this band rocks me so deep i wouldnt be able to control myseld. Now that i think of it i would probly get my fucking ass killed in a show like this. But damn i would love the opporutnity to have been there. I truly respect the older generation you guys are the true punks.I look around at the shit people in my generation and im shame

@pot4tots trust me mate you can't compare eras. Guys like these were creating something completely new and dangerous. Society wasn't ready for this. Punks like these and the peacepunks were taking on something you don't get now. I was young then and saw the transformation to Nalpam death type bands and so on. The crowd weren't soft mate especially the skins.

saw them play last night, i live right next to there home town, they played in this tiny pub garden, with a crowd of no more than 50 people, moshed the place down
C'mon people. Just fuck off! Stop talking about what punk is, what that is, who's that and whatever. Just enjoy the music and stop caring about labels set up by the soceity.

thats absurd that a band are "sell outs" just for the mere fact that they are more popular and are making money.any band that has stuck around for 30 yrs with the same music and attitude deserve everything they have.they can climb on stage with solid gold guitars for all i care.i hope things are different for them now ,because back in the early 80s when they first played in ny,we had to invite them for dinner, they literally had no money for food, seriously
