For those of you who may find 'advice about life' hypocritcal coming from me, let me assure you, I know what I'm talking about.

I've spent the past 3 years of my life putting it all back together after 35 years of living hell. You're not going to get better advice about life than from me, I promise you. Don't let the visible scars of my misery fool you, I have seen some of the darkest parts of life and survived to tell you what it was like to be lost there.

yes, i'm fat, and this is a video telling a fat person how to lose weight. That irony is not lost on me. It's true that I've only taken a few more steps than robert has, but who better to reach back and grab his hand?

I agree that asking for help is a great idea. But as you also said, there is no "Magic Bullet". I know there are millions of people that are overweight and want to lose it. These days people think of gastic bands and surgery as the answer. To me this is not addressing the problem. Im giving away my second book on amazon "Magic penny fitness" as I type this. I wrote this book to help people when starting out with any kind of weight loss/ fitness, bottom line advice that can really change things.
