Charmed Series Three Opening

YAYZ!!! This is my first real opening on Vegas Pro 8!! It took ages, so please don't critacise. Sorry if the colouring and blends are a bit weird. I am just a beginner after all!.

It took all day!!!!! The credit goes to Sony, Casahalliwell and Everyone involved with Charmed.

I got a bit lazy towards the end. (Dorian Gregory and Julian McMahon were supposed to be in there.) And the focus episodes in this are 'All Halliwell's Eve', 'Just Harried' and 'All Hell Breaks Loose'. That's because the are my three favourite episodes of the series. ENJOY!!

OK, to do the scroll, You have to have Sony Vegas 7/8. OK, here's the link to the website:

Now, once there, scroll down and click on 'Alternative Openings'. In the window that pops up, click the link that says 'Extra down the side. The downloadable titles are in Spanish, but here is what they are: (from top to bottom)

Scroll (The little letters that come before the name)
A Charmed Triquetra in Italian
An English Charmed Triquetra (Blue)
An English Charmed Triquetra (Red)

I'm not sure about the rest, sorry. I'll try downloading them soon to test them.

To do the scroll, import it into Vegas, put it onto the timeline, put the effect called 'Chroma Keyer' onto it, then when the window appears, click on the green part around the scroll. (then u have to make a title, and another video track underneath for the charcter's clip. I'm sorry, I cannot make a tutorial. My hyper cam is screwed up.)

First, figure out what episodes you want for the opening, then you have to get them onto your laptop or computer (download them somehow) then you have to have sony vegas 7/8 and you can use all sorts of FX On them (eg, use cookie cutter, colour gradints and bump map.) Sorry if thisdoesn't help. :)

Oh - here's the how. I have this thing called AVS DVD Player. It can capture things, frame by frame. Thant's how I do it. Then go to Vegas, put the pics on and render it. Now you'll notice that your clips are ten minutes long, but justb open Movie Maker and go to video effects - use speed up double as many times as possible then save it - it should be just the right length, and slow motion so no fiddling with the velocity. :D

how do you can the little letterings effects where it changes a bunch of letters and then out comes the name.
