@aml240sx that doesnt really make the game any better. that WOULD actually make the game more suckier. Its okay to borrow some game elements like the Four Fiends and all but an entire plot is just too much.

@saadboy17 FF IX was meant to be a tribute to previous Final Fantasy installments, so the similarities were done on porpuse.

@Zokari771 I had nothing against the characters. Trust me, Vivi, Steiner, Eiko and Quina are one of the most imaginative and colourful characters ever made in FF. After heroines like Aerith, Tifa, Rinoa and Terra, you would expect someone to cope with their standards, Garnet just sucked. Also, I constantly felt that there were several strong similarities between VII and IX: Zidane's androidness to Cloud's cloneness, everything about the Gaia/The Planet and some character designs.

@saadboy17 I thought IX was pretty good. The story had flavour, the characters were nicely developed, it had amazing music (though that's a trait that's shared with all the other FFs tbh) and was overall a great game.

Why do you think it's miserable? I'm open to opinions. :P

@LTrakinat not that vii was bad, that is. it was epic but ix was just miserable.
