You have a ton of comments on here so forgive me if this has been asked. I'm currently in the process of setting up a system very much like this and have access to a continuous supply of fry thru a public aquarium I work for. They have an erectus exhibit but no program to rear the fry. I have taken it on as a personal project. I would love to pick your brain further... but my 2 main questions are #1 - Are all these systems utilizing one sump (In other words, all the same water).

i want 2 buy 2 the boy n the girl but i dont know were
Really briht lihts will change them to yellow/orange unless they have been black a long time. Then they won't change. All you can do is try, lights for coral should work. As you can see your second question is a bit more difficult. Start with a 15 and work your way up. Learn to decapsulate brine shrimp cycsts. good luck.

Google seahores yourtown (replace yourtown with the name of the town in which you live) most places have a marine aquarium store, they should have seahorses.
Yes you need a mature salt water setup. Google can help you with that too. Tank must be setup at least 6 weeks before adding animals.
Good luck.

Yes, with the exception of 2 small fry tanks. Fry are sensitive to higher nitrate levels so having separate systems for them allows for easier nitrate control. Once they are 6 weeks old they seem to tolerate nitrate better. FYI: keeping the tanks cleaned of waste is a very time consuming process. :-)

@DeoDewHD Many marine aquarium supply stores sell captive bred seahorses. See above post. Google should help you find a salt water fish store in your area. You can also try seahorse.org as some people there sell some. Learn about salt water aquariums before you order any fish.
