  • I just noticed that very helpful is imagining pulling the bar. If you just lower yourself and won't have the strength to keep your back straight, then instead of bending your back, which won't help you, try to pull your legs to your pelvis, your butt to your head, and pull the bar while garbing it with force. Of course it works the same for all the variations.

  • This really is the best back lever tutorial on Youtube, but it doesn't cover what I was looking for: back lever curls. Can you make a tutorial for that?

    I've been practicing back levers with chin-up grip and find them simply brutal, I can't do a single bl curl even in the tucked position.

  • Haha the thumbnail looks like you've lost your temper, and therefore have raised your hand to your opposing shoulder; in order to generate maximum force, to administer the pimp-slap of the victim's life. The tutorial was good too :)
