In terms of seat design, that is appalling. To compete in today's long haul business market, an airline must have fully flat business class.

Looks really awesome. The only problem I see is the potential for (accidental, of course) kicking or pushing of your passenger's seat in front of you, with your feet & legs being underneath that seat like that.
