The body gives signals when you drank enough water-- if the urine is yellow of almost any shade or you're not going to the bathroom 8 times a day at least, you can drink more to get hydrated and functioning better. It helps water retention from excess salt, and regulates flow through the colon.
you know that drinking lots of water really fast can kill you right? the water flushes into your cells because they need to balance out concentrations with the interstitial tissue and they just burst all at once. apparently it's one of the most painful ways to die- but who alive can really know?
When that's vodka, then bother making a video. I slammed that much water and more, usually a half a gallon plus, when I have to piss in a cup at 1:45PM every Wednesday for a year.
I am not trying to make you look stupid at all- sorry if it seems that way. I understand that water can cause intoxication by disturbing the natural balance of electrolytes in the body. I got what you are trying to say and you are almost right. You were wrong to call water a toxin. It simply isn't a toxin!
You really don't get it! Toxic means poisonous. Oxygen is not poisonous, WATER is NOT naturally poisonous. It can only become poisonous if contaminated by other chemicals/poisons. Water is 100% not a toxin- sorry!
