Within the U.S. Special Operations community is an elite group of handpicked warriors who are tasked with only the most dangerous and difficult missions. A small group of these men acted as consultants on the development of Medal of Honor, infusing the game with their experiences and contributing ideas that make it the most authentic and relevant combat experience to date. In the Tier 1 Interview Series you'll hear their personal stories and find out what it takes to operate at the highest levels of the U.S Military.

  • Spec Ops are there at the breaking point, the first military to step foot into iraq "oif" was spec ops. They got there 9/16, 4 days after 9/11, the got intell and set the playing feild. 11/14 was when everybody eles got there. Allthough you guys think this game will show you how they operate, it wont. They cant put that kind of info out there. But does look like a good "GAME." De Oppresso Liber

  • @26carl26 Tier 1 Operators are the guys America calls when we need to get a job done. Trained to near perfection and armed to the teeth they are America's Best Fighting Men. Men who are Tier 1 dedicate thier live to protecting our country even if it means dying for it.

  • @26carl26 Tier 1- Army's Delta/CAG, Navy's DevGru/SEAL Team 6, and Air Force 24th STS(Special Tactics Squadron).

  • A couple of books to read to get an insight on the events this game is somewhat based on:

    Two Wars by Nate Self.

Not A Good Day To Die by Sean Naylor

    Roberts Ridge by M.MacPherson

the last doesnt go into specifics but ties in with the previous two books

The Mission, The Men and Me by Pete Blaber

  • @RANGERSleadTHway75th

Your dates and ops are mixed up.

    Iraq = OIF 2003

Gan = OEF Sept/Oct 2001 depending on whose AAR your read and location specifics.

  • @26carl26 Tier one is a classification in SOCOM , their the DEVGRU Navy seals Delta those types are classified as Tier 1

  • @26carl26 they are called in when a mission must not fail. They function on a plane of existence above and beyond the most highly trained Special Operations Forces. There exact numbers are in the low hundreds. They are living, breathing precision instruments of war. They are experts in violence. They are Tier 1

  • @RANGERSleadTHway75th

Can u explain what tier 1 is? Is it like the best of all the Spec ops?

  • @KGODSMACKC badass book bro. I read it that and just finished it days ago.

Hell, it's basically the primary reason on how it had "INFLUENCED" the famous tv show "The Unit"

You should check out the book American Heroes in Special Operations by Oliver North. It's a great book, still reading it though.

  • @LilATL94 im going to...have you read ''Inside Delta Force'' by eric haney??? good freaken book...u have to read it

  • You know these were the same kind of guys that took out Osama.
