  • Sold in the U.S.!?

  • @taitai907 I believe these trucks were also available in the United States, however I live in Canada and this one was sold to a guy in Canada.

  • I was going to school, had another project on the go, didn't need this truck and i got a good price for it, thats why i sold it.

and yes, it was painfully slow.....but i don't doubt it would have made a nice daily driver and been easy on fuel

  • @ssapach

How much was it sold? What is it called? (exact name)

  • @wiigamer136 sold for $3000.......and as far as i know its just a Toyota pickup truck. Maybe someone else can chime in if they actually had names other than simply "pickup".

  • what a new car here:

go to ebay and put 1984 Toyota diesel

it is a red one it is very pretty, works great and it is cheap please at least look at it ;) thankyou

  • Does that have a carburetor?

  • Why would you sell such a rare truck?

  • One of you guys put this blows a Cummins engine out of the water . Cummins engines are excellent ,itd be nice if they did a smaller one , say 3.0 though. I have to say though these little Toyota diesels go forever and probably would even outlast Cummins. In my experience Ive known 2 x Toyota diesel pickups , a 2.4 with 470000 & a 2.8 with 600000+ (original engines) plus a Toyota van( with the 2.4) with 300000+ . They just last forever if thyre looked after. I doubt anything else can beat them .
