Cyberia (PSX) Walkthrough Pt. 1/8

This is the Playstation version of Cyberia. The game was played on an emulator with the option to switch between mouse and keyboard. Finally, the game was played on medium difficulty for both the arcade and puzzle sections.


Game Description:

In the year 2027 the world is controlled by two rival super-powers, the western-bloc Free World Alliance and the east-bloc Cartel.

Transmissions from an FWA spy reveal the location of a secret multi-national labratory deep within Siberia, the "Cyberia Complex", where a mysterious weapon is being developed. FWA leader Devlin frees a cyber-hacker named Zak from prison and sends him to infiltrate the complex and discover the true nature of the Cyberia weapon.

Unfortunately, the Cartel is also interested in the weapon and will stop at nothing to get it. Not only must Zak make his way past the Cartel forces sent to stop him, but he must also overcome the Cartel agents which have already seized control of the complex. To make matters worse the Cyberian scientist's genetically engineered creations are running rampant in the same area as the weapon, and Devlin also appears to be have something up his sleeve.

how te heck do you play with mouse??

As stated in the description, this was played not on the actual console but on an emulator. Mouse was used for the shooting sequences since it made aiming a lot easier.

OMG I was looking for this game for the longest on here, man this was the first game I've played on my Playstation. This was why back when PS one games had cardboard boxes for CD cases, I also had the original Resident Evil with the cardboard box case :). Now to find the other 15 games I started my Playstation adventure with.... kinda hard when you don't remember the names.

I remember renting this and I was so young I couldnt figure it out, I didnt ge far on it at all. I did the same ting with the gam D, rememebr that?

Hahah wow...all your comments are right on...I never understood how computer games were so much better....now looking back its funny...came free with my Windows 95 IBM 227mgz only had 1 g memory for thos cyberia saves....

I remember when i played this game back in the 90-s, I couldn't get used to how the characters' lips never move as they speak. Everything else was super awesome for that time, but this little thing just creeped me out.
