It's tragic that medical research has to be this awful game of numbers. Sure, not as many people are diagnosed with ALS, as people are diagnosed with cancers. But really now... ALS is godawful, and the worst way to die. It makes cancer look like the flu. Let's spread awareness about America's best-kept secret disease.
