@24luva everyone listen to the video... the plaintiff, the person filing the suit, did not sue Jon or the band Bon Jovi. He sued everyone else affiliated with the concert. The vendor, the ticket holders, etc. The band is not included in the suit or he would have been murdered on the street like an idiot

yeah...sue the people getting out of hand,sure...but the ticket provider and the beer vender...thats a bit of a stretch,don't you think?Or is it perhaps a case of suing everyone with a bit of cash and hoping that at least one of them will give up and settle out of court.
