Im thinking as Jesus as a very down to earth man.. a man who is easy to get along and knows how to deal with evey kind of person.. i personally believe that if Jesus is with me today he will treat me as a brother NOT a very mean authority like your chief commander of an army.
His words has powerful words, yet I personally believe that He is very gentle.

Love your enemy And pray for those who persecute you. That u may be sons of your Father in Heaven. He causes his son to rise on the evil and the good And sends rain on the righteous and unrighteous. If u only love those who love u. What reward will u get? Are not even tax collectors doing that?And if u greet only your brothers what are u doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that? Yes, this is my favorite version because its closest to how I think Jesus probably really was. Personable and down to earth, but with authority.

Are you kidding... The sermon on the mount (the Beatitudes) does not change in any bible. Kind of like the 10 commandments. Comprende?
