Did you notice the man said "those used to be $20/hour jobs until the Mexican illegals arrived". Of course. That's what illegals do, they undercut U.S. wages and put Americans out of work.

The man also says, "this is work most Americans can't stomach". Bullshit. I live in Iowa and Americans always did that work. But we can't pay the bills at the low illegal labor wage these greedy companies are paying the illegals, just so they can make more profits.

One point about the wages- the plant was closed down for years. The immigrants, in this case, did not 'drive down wages', the plant re-opened under current management and those were the wages offered.

Not saying that never happens, just not in this case.

You might consider that the plant was shut down in order to be rid of the higher wages. Also, you might ask yourself why, when the plant reopened, the company sought out illegals to work there when there are plenty of United States citizens in East Central Iowa who would welcome work.

You might also ask yourself why the IBP plant is Conesville Iowa employes primarily Latinos. This is an organized effort on the part of these companies to drive down wages in the entire industry.

The problem with your theory is the company that owned the plant at the time it burnt down went out of business. The new owners had NOTHING to do with the former owners.

People who buy meat may have to decide if they want to pay what it costs to produce it. It's also the LEAST efficient way to feed people and destroys vast tracts of federal land every year.

The Catholic Church can help them open a meat plant in Mexico

and stop teaching them how to be illegal and criminals that is not

Does he slither back to the border or go into an emergency room, where they have to take him and if it's anything worse than the sniffles, the legal's have to pay for his medical expenses. Take a look at other sanctuary cities, like Los Angles to see the future.
