hidden behind my front teeth. It's very ugly to me and I hate it. You can see my video called "SARPE surgery" to get an idea of what my teeth look like right now before I have my surgery if you want. :) Your teeth look GREAT! Hi! I'm getting a palatal expander too but since I'm 19 I have to have surgery to assist it. The bones in my upper jaw are already fused together so in order for them to move, they need to be broken apart through surgery and THEN I get my palatal expander in for 6 months and then of course braces for about 2 years. My teeth are TERRIBLE in my opinion. Out of the 4 front teeth that are in the upper jaw in your mouth, the two teeth that are supposed to be next to my front teeth are actually...
