Btw, have you ever thought of getting into the Chi Running technique? I used to suffer alot from ITB issues until I learned that technique. Ever since then, I never have gotten any injuries since! Anyways!! I'll be keeping up with your training! Good luck on your 18miles run!

You have got to stretch more. I have dramatically increased my pre and post run stretching routine and haven't had a single problem with my knee since. Way to get the run in, now get the stretching in.

@Fanbrew I have started stretching more and more. Going to add some ab work to get my core together. That is what I really need.
