  • Great job on the loss!

    I am also a big proponent of having a specific exercise plan. I am much more motivated that way. I actually have a chart and give myself stickers for completing a workout. Yes, I am secretly nine years old :)

  • omg, i need to do that! because i'm not really motivated at all, lol. maybe being a 9 year old would help!

  • I definitely hear ya with the control issue. Losing weight and getting fit are the two things I can control right now, and I feel powerless with anything else, so when I go off track I feel like a crapburger.
