@HoneyMooney333 This is DJ Max Online, rhythm game (think way better Guitar Hero, and way easier than Beatmania IIDX) with Korean music released in Korea in 2004. The game is not available anymore, however you have couple of possibilities:
1. Get a PSP - lots of DJ Max Portable Games there, last one is Dj Max Portable 3
2. If you have a PC - get DJ Max Trilogy, a sequel to DJ Max Online (which also was an online game)
