Happy 21st Birthday, David Archuleta! (2011 Year-In-Review)

However, this video is far more emotional than it was meant to have been. Several times, I had to stop production because it just touched my heart in ways I have never felt before. I am far too attached to this young man, but I have no regrets in getting attached to him. He's worth any pain that has been brought and worth any pain that will ever be brought. These past 4 years have been the best, and most challenging of my entire life, but I would not change a single thing about it. David has brought me so much more happiness than pain, and I know, that ANY Archie would agree with me on that. The countless times he has made us smile, feel better about ourselves, and help us through the situations in our life that were just so hard to bare can not have a price attached. Now, David is leaving for a two year Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints and we won't hear much about him for two years, but I have all the faith in the world in him that he will return to music. 730 days dedicated to serving God, and I think he will realize what his life's Mission really is- Music. However, this song is the truest song I have ever heard in relation to David because....well, because my wish for him is to be happy in his life- because he deserves to be nothing but happy. Whatever makes him* happy, he should do with no regrets- as long as he feels it is right for him to do. I wish him all the best of luck on his Mission and I hope he finds himself more so than he already has because he is truly, one amazing human being, who has inspired and touched so many people in just 4 years. He deserves to do something to make himself happy. May he have a blessed birthday and a blessed next two years. See you in 2014, David! You're amazing- and you always will be! Thank you...unendlessly....for everything. There is no way for me to thank you enough for what you have done. There is absolutely no way. Happy 21st Birthday, You Special Guy!

@DriBrg Aww, I'm sorry it made you cry. And don't wonder how you're going to live without David; think how happy he's gonna be when he gets back. Think about how happy you're gonna be seeing him so happy! and I think he will come to Brazil at some point in his life and for the other international fans, I hope he comes to those countries too! :)

Damn, that made me cry lol. I love that song by rascal flatts, it's totally fitting for this video. I still can't hardly watch the special announcement. I'm heartbroken that he's leaving but I respect his choice. I can't believe he's turning 21! lol. Nice job ;)

Aww, don't be heartbroken that he is leaving because this is making him happy and all he deserves to be in life is happy. :) I can't believe he's turning 21 either! It's like he was just 16! haha lol
