Soy curls in a good "beefstock" gravy....Huh?

Actually what I said was "beef-style" gravy. I don't use any type of animal product in my recipes.  Also, when I say McKay's "beef" seasoning, what I mean is McKay's "beef-style seasoning" which is a vegan seasoning powder.

I've learned that if you tell people that tofu is chicken they eat it, but if they find out it's tofu they won't eat it.

hey congrats on going veggie! I've been a vegetarian for 3 years and feel much better than when I was seldom eating meat. I really didn't like it or could digest it well anyway so I gave it up. Now I'm trying to become vegan, we'll see how that turns out!

Whew! Ok cool...upon listening again, I hear "beef-style" now. I've been vegetarian for a mere 3 weeks now and have been checking your cooking vids-which are great btw.
