I understand most of** the the text below the video, but I don't understand the video.

what's a recruiter? what does he do? all I see is a guy going to have sex in a sauna, and everybody seems to bow down to him as if he was superior.

** what's a "peer based strategy"? what's "different" about this? haven't we always been encouraged to get tested?
