Pretty close, but as a tip, the chords beginning with "oh ho, look at what you've done to this rockin roll clown" are: C, C/B, D, A,G,A. You are missing that "C/B" chord which is played like a regular C chord but with a B root note, leaving the rest the same. Other than that, looks spot on.

OMG finally a guitarist that does not make your ears melt listening to him. very well done. if you don't know what i am talking about just take a second and listen to the morons trying to cover pour some sugar on me. just make sure you turn the sound down or it will hurt.
