Enhance your focus with this safe high Alpha rhythmic Shimmering Gossamer break-beat remix. The harp melodies wash over subdued (synthesizers, flute & Moog sweeps). A deep bass line supports intricate percussive fills over a solid break-beat. This track is good for those who like ambient Break-beat that has a little underground drive.

High Alpha (safe SMR focus) Assists the mind to be more focused & alert. SMR stands for Sensory Motor Rhythm. While good for the general population, this type of SMR brainwave entrainment is even suitable for people with a history anxiety or emotional trauma, as it is still in the comfortable range. High SMR Alpha is good for reading & study, or as a way to bring back focus after meditation or upon awaking. This is also the best Alpha range for people with ADD or ADHD.

SMR brainwave frequencies are associated with relaxed & focused states of mind & the ability to be more aware & present. Regular SMR brainwave entrainment with binaural beats can enhance focus, concentration & build attentive neurological behavior.

  • Should I be working on homework ect..... or should I be closing my eyes, for it to work.

    I'm new to binaural beats.

  • @LiberalCitizen20 The tracks that are in teh SMR focus range are great with eyes open while studding. It is the Theta & Delta tracks are best done with eyes closed. Even low Alpha can be good with eyes closed. The high Alpha & low Beta SMR range is great for study as it allows for focus with no stress. After study & small amount of Theta meditation can be great for the consolidation of short to long term memory. All the best with your homework.

  • can someone tell me what SMR stands for?

  • @Shr3dMast3r SMR = Sensory Motor Rhythm. The SMR focus range is betwene 12 Hz to 14 Hz. It a state the body & mind can sustain good focus & physical skills without any stress. Some confusion is out there with the SMR range saying it's basically the whole Alpha range, but it's not. Alpha improves focus long term. Low Alpha initially induces strong relaxation & sometimes sleep. The SMR Alpha & low Beta range isa safe unique border & this is good for all, including stressed people.

  • @IMissYouu221 Completely, Effects only are temporary and don't damage you physically or mentally in any way. Do some research in binaural-beats. It will clear any misunderstanding, also youtube videos are not the greatest source for the stongest doses (binaural-beats)
