I wouldn't say zero chemistry, but I do agree with you that Dr. Keller's character development was minimal at best. I was so excited when I heard Jewel was cast on SGA for a second time and found myself rapidly losing patience with her unidimensionality. It's no fault of the actress though; I often wondered to myself if the writers kept her uninteresting just in case they needed to kill her off, which is obviously a moot point now :\
