Philly rolls.. best. sushi. ever. I like your arrangement, looks cute! of course presentation is everything in sushi. If you just wanted food, you could mix the ingredients into a salad and eat them but... that wouldn't be quite the same thing :D

@TheOneandPrettyOne07 I usually use low-sodium soy sauce just because (to me) the taste isn't that different and I like to keep my sodium intake down. It's simple to make once you get the technique down! Good luck!

@laoscholar It cuts all veggies really nicely but idk where it came from. My grandma got it for me as a present, I think in Canada.
