  • When do you ever get a 6 v 3 situation from set piece????? If your 6 attackers cannot find a way through the 3 defenders i'd be cutting them from my team!!

  • It's not an exact science - it's just to get players away from the thinking that wingers need to be wide and 'in the line'. It probably doesn't happen in rugby's promised land but getting kids here to cut angles and vary their point of attack is a worhty focus. (And the 6 DO score!)

  • such crap.. you're dreaming if you think this works on a rugby field

  • I'm sorry you're frustrated by it. It's simplified I'll grant you (no flankers or flat wingers) but the principle of deep runners coming through created gaps happens all the time.
