The Cuban people have not selected their government. Without democracy there is no way to know what the people want. Besides basic human rights and civil rights can't be even be given away voluntarily.

Guantanamo Bay is actually a lease, the U.S Government as stated in contractual terms in "The Platt Ammendment" would pay 4000 per month, The Cuban Government has not accepted any payments since 1960, I think the debt must be very very low by now..Wanna make an amortization schedule for the remaining balance?
