Does the sound during the chamber without the boss sound familiar? (It has to do with a nearing apocalypse with the moon.)

how do you do the spin attacks very fast without charging them?

rotate the stick once (360º) and press the B button. When you learn the timing is pretty easy to do them constantly. Like i do in here /watch?v=2AZXahcwYDA
