@Dragn7 +1 on this. Good tip for anyone who solders.

Spoofing 7.1 surround seems to fix the "stereo" sound in this video. ;D.

Firefox is the best! hah

+1 for mentioning Opera, too bad most people still think it's just a browser (sorry Darren, Opera fan since about 2002)

why did she switch eth0 to promisc mode by ifconfig? does wireshark does it incorrectly with that "capture packets in promiscuous mode" checkbox?

Concerning the soldering, I wanted to add that tinning is also really important for extending the life of the iron's tip. Oxidation degrades the tip and gets increasingly troublesome to remove. Heat speeds oxidation, so this is mostly of concern when the iron is turned on, but leaving some on there at all times ensures a barrier to the air during idle times (when setting it down "just for a minute") as well as warm-up/cool-down. When ready to solder you might want to wipe the tip and re-tin.
I only hear Shannon on left channel...
"Fixed" it by placing the headphone jack only about half way in the computer. Better mono than uneven stereo ;)
Note: you will not be able to hear Darren in the ad (and right after the ad), if you do this. His audio there is right channel.
