I always thought this song was the sequel to Rolling Girl where she is now the girlfriend to that one guy. Her life still sucks though her boyfriend breaks up with her and the ending is her commiting suicide by falling off a building head first. Suggested by the lines an upside-down girl and the Is that? right at the end.
