Is there any other fullbody excercises besides the clean and press that are really effective?

Belly "fat" loss. Key word here is fat. How do you reduce fat?...burn calories!
What if I wanted to get "stronger" in my abdominal area???

Then do "ab/core" specific exercises to get stronger. Just remember that they won't help you lose fat in that area.

What about isometrics? You are in a fixed position, but you are certainly working just as hard.

Oversimplification. Variety is important. More smaller range of motion exercises can amount to the same or more work. Intensity of exertion is another factor. Some small range of motion exercises take a lot of exertion.

No, if he had said "FULL BODY IS BETTER LOL" then it would be oversimplification. This video really doesn't need to be any more complicated.
