Wrist and elbow pain suck. Other than pills and shots, what can you do about it? Featured in this video are some easy self-myofascial release techniques you can do at home to help your muscles function better. The better the muscles of your arm work, the less pain you may experience. Good luck!

  • i have problem with my wrist that if i do hand stand on my right hand its hurt and if i push more with my finger in same hand while standing its more hurt , should i do same those exercise plz help its hurting me more than 5 months ?

  • @alihh12 Check out the stretches on our site network fitness dot com. (you will need to sign up for a free membership to view the stretches for the wrist) The combination of stretches and SMR techniques for the forearms will help your muscles to allow better movement of your hand and should lead to less discomfort when doing handstands and other exercises. If you send me a direct message I can guide you further. Good luck, and if I can help I will be glad to offer my assistance.

  • It's a wooden ball wrapped with an ace bandage and some other cloth...the roller is a plastic rod attached to two inline skate wheels wrapped in the same materials as the ball...

I sell these and other massage products on my site, but you can get pretty-much the same effect from any ball and roller, so long as your technique of SMR is good. I personally use hot basalt massage stones now to get into the deep knots in my arms & legs.

Good luck, and feel free to ask any more questions.
