Um, it should be running about once a week now right? If it still bothers you, try to let management know, or some P.R. person if it's a large chain. They could probably slap up a sound insulating fence/box or wtv, on the side/corner that faces your house.

It's not going to help the home owner. It will be nice to be able to shop there during a power failure and get food and ice, however.

I bet you wont be complaining when the generator is keeping food from perishing during a prolonged power outage.
