How to get to lvl 17 in 1 hour or less. Must have D`Alesso Seaboard. Get a Ferry or Run to LA(Lions Arch) Then get a run to D`Alesso Seaboard (recommended) or Run there yourself. yea it took me about 25 mins to get from lvl 3 to 10 and then i did kilroy to get me lvl 20

Easiest way is to start in factions, then do kilroy

good way to get to level 10 other then that it takes to long but if you dont have eye of the north you can still keep doing it till 17 but if you have eye of the north then do kilroy quest with exp scrolls
