The point is now eroded all the way back almost to the lighthouse now, amazing how much the shore lost to mother ocean since then. And bass are being caught now to this day in that very same spot on this vid. I love the rod/reel they used to use, 6 1/2 foot med rod with 2/0 reel 12 linen line.....wow. Now its 10 1/2 ft lamis, Van Staals and braid. Man times have changed..
notice the narrator goes along with the fallacy (sells fishing mags and flash gear) that all fish are miles out, says "hundreds of feet of line" the angler casts maybe 60 feet just beyond the first breaker :) nothings changed after all these years.
