Oh wow, memories... Love this song. And the first one. (Heh, hence my username.) It's really beautiful.

But I can't help but wonder, what is the meaning of it? What do they mean by 'Starchild'? An alien? Or just someone from a higher dimension? Or is it something less deep...? I know what this song means to me, along with the first one, but it would be interesting to hear other people's opinions...?

I think the writer invites us in a higher state through music to a "loving dimension" and become starchild.

"love" and "loving dimension" I believe is the word that express the feeling about rave music and happy hardcore tunes like that.

Now looking this vid which is from a Disney movie you can imagine that starchild is the spirit of nature :) (an Alternative story)
