He is moust probably a gipsy from Romania . Gipsy artists are very good and they have a lot of talent. This kind of gipsys should promote the image of the gipsy nation ; not the ones who break the law.

Hora Staccato - very nice romanian piece. Nice acoustics, too - it looks like it's mostly concrete around him. Is this in Spain? I've seen videos of street musicians in what appears to be a similar spot, and those were shot in Spain I believe.
