@lalettre79 no..they would have meant 'she sounded better in charmbracelet era considering that some of her vocal power got recovered after losing big parts during her rainbow tour'. ofcoz, this 1990-93 era was the best, in terms of power and soul; 1994-97 early era was the best in terms of agility, lightness, sweetness.
