PALIN: SHHH, JOHN'S ASLEEP... Let's Start The War Without Him

The Republicans don't want to remember the last 8 years. They ignored it at their convention. Sarah Palin didn't mention it. John McCain didn't mention it. George W. Bush appeared on a video like some archival footage from so many years ago.

People, these last 8 years are the REPUBLICAN'S making - and repeated vetos and threats against change have been the hallmark of this Republican Administration.

Do you really, REALLY think that the people who have been running this administration are going to be a distant memory should McCain get in the White House? Karl Rove IS STILL running their campaign - dozens of lobbyists infiltrate their campaign's ranks - from big oil, to drug companies to every corporate interest you can imagine. And they prevented McCain from making his choice for Vice President - the one he felt was most qualified to lead our country - as he notes, in case something should happen to him.

So the people that surround McCain's campaign, when they literally control the very basic decision of choosing his VP are suddenly going to step back and let McCain kick their lobbyist network out of Washington?

ARE YOU STUPID, SERIOUSLY. I think you just might be if you believe that the team that is pushing behind McCain and the corporations like Big Oil and Haliburton and Financial Investment Companies is just going to lay down their guns and walk away from a McCain White House.

They were invited into his campaign. They will be there in his administration.

So, do what you like. Vote how you want. But if you truly think that John McCain can control the will of those that he has surrounded himself with, just look at how his very first, most important decision occurred.

They picked his V.P.

They will pick what happens to America.
