PilgrimFilms, you guys really have a great opportunity here to not only make an awesome show, but really bring to light some of the actual history and reality behind jousting and dispel a lot of the falsehoods perpetuated by our modern renfair going society. Do this right, and you can have a show with historical accuracy, and tremendous entertainment value. That combination is something that's lacking from a lot of 'historical' based shows on today.

This will be great if they do it right. But, some of the people in the youtube audition videos I've seen make it out to be some kind of joke. This is not just horseback riding or roping, this is 2 grown men(or women) coming at each other with wooden at 35 mph on 2000 lb horses. This is not your typical horseshow or rodeo. This is hardcore extreme sport medieval style.
