While walking at Oceanside harbor this evening my husband and I saw a MacGregor 26, piloted by a very able sailor and his best friend, Missy. Great job of steering ,Captain. The boat is a 2002 MacGregor 26X, purchased from the MacGregor dealer in Marina del Rey. Missy's just along for the ride, looking dapper in her yellow West marine "Doggy Life Vest". A beautiful boat, in a peaceful harbor, with man's best friend at Captain's side. . . "Just the way they look ~~ tonight ~~

So, JRC808, and exactly by who's definition? It is, in fact a PowerSailor. Not the first one ever made, and certainly not the last.....just the best! Some of us out here just KNOW! Someday you too may get your ignorance cured......perhaps? ;) Yes I do own one, many sea miles logged and enjoyed, and it is my third Mac, maybe my last, unless I get the venerable ULDB 65' Macgregor!

a friggin 25' boat shouldnt have a motor more than 10 horse power...thats more of a power boat than a sail boat
