As production for Advice From a Stranger goes on, I want the animation to be life like and less cartoony or such. I have done some tests (almost all fight ones are inspired by Grace) and hopefully should get better at lifelike animation in the future. Please critique at will so I can get better. :)

  • WOW this is good! i like that run cycle at 0:03 ! the brick animation was really smooth, good job!

  • @TheXylon98 Cheers! : D

  • Nice job man. I think you need a new camera, though. What are you using?

    Animation was very good.

  • @justkiddenanim8ion At the moment I am using A Quickcam Pro 4000 and a Panasonic HDC SD1 with an A/V to USB converter. Both only give 640x480 quality though so in some time I will hopefully get a 9000 and thanks :D

  • Very cool. Although some of them seem a little slow and exaggerated (punches the guy a foot off the ground) to be realistic. Don't sacrifice speed for realism, realism involves speed sometimes! Good luck!

  • @UniLego Yeah I do agree some were a bit slower, as this is far from perfect. Practicing and looking at reference videos in quicktime frame by frame should help me.
