2, press the friction pedal, change immediately and re-past the friction's discs 4, wait the end of the re-past process of friction and gears (use the your sensibility) and, 5, re-push the right pedal.
Don't remeber to give throttle when you're making a downshift, is again a speech of reducing the slides

I'm agree with Fermilo, You don't leave the gas in the upshifts, this is a very bad error (and why all you simracers make it?) , because you increase the slides of the friction and gears, whit the respective changing time increase. For all the changing time, the rpm MUST DON'T increase, if not is because you're giving the throttle again to much early, with a slides increase and not decrease. To repeat, if you want to go to the next gear, the just actions order is: 1, leave the throtthle...

you don't know nothing about changing gears... you are upshifting without releasing the throttle and you are downshifting too early... this are 1979 cars, not 2006...
