I have been searching for a nice active recovery routine for my off/rest days. The routine felt great, and pushed my hr to a nice level of about %63 of VO2 max bpm. From the research I have conducted, a nice zone is between %60 - %75 of vo2 max bpm for any active recovery routine. Great detailed instruction... Thanks for the upload

Hey reali nice vid.. Im a baseball player, and i think your routine is perfect for athletes trying to gain flexibility... with that said do u have any more similar routines, just to avoid doing the same thing over and over?.. thanks

yea the music is good stuff. when i'm training i don't even hear it, but between sets its nice entertainment;)
