A class action lawsuit has been filed against SEGA and Gearbox regarding Aliens: Colonial Marines. In a lawsuit obtained by Polygon, plaintiff Damion Perrine claims “that Gearbox and Sega falsely advertised Aliens by showing demos at trade shows like PAX and E3 which didn't end up being accurate representations of the final product.”

Why does everyone think Borderlands is so great? Gearbox stole the art style from an animated short called Codehunters and the gameplay is fucking boring meme-filled garbage. Gearbox has no problem with stealing from other sources or releasing shitty cash grab games like DNF and Colonial Marines, this video adds to that fact. Fuck Randy Pitchford and his shit games.

Actually, there is a video showing one of marines working on control panel that really looked like something from N64 era and the guy was not even touching the panel. I am not sure if patch fixed that but, developers should try to polish stuff as much as possible before release. Relying on patch became lame excuse nowaday.
