@vnbm True, instead of mutual hating, New Zealand has incorporated the Maori culture into the society, they had integrated them in a occidental way of life, and now you have both english and maori as official language, maori-speaking national television ( which people sees specially for the rugby matches) and I love how white players dance with pride the haka before the start of a rugby match, I think see a white leading the Haka will be great.

Nothing beats a lovely Kapa Haka.
Really beautiful culture and people.
Its nice to see brown people with pride.
Everything seems to be black vs. white these days. I like how the Maori haka is incorporated in rugby. Is there other ways in which Maori culture is incorporated into mainstream NZ society.
In the U.S. its only in Hawaii where local Native/local ways are incorporated into mainstream society. On the U.S.mainland I don't see Native peoples ' culture incorporated into mainstream society.
