Recorded on July 14, 2010. Here is a beginner yoga series. I try to do this everyday and always begin classes with it. It helps lengthen and loosen up the spine and back. If you hold a lot of tension in the low back, shoulders and neck this a great little exercise for you! Join me and my dog Ella! :)
